30 Days

I smelt red wine today and wanted some… but i didnt have any.. i dont even like red wine!!!

anyway.. thats all

Again… not a lot of temptation today…   been working on assignments all day…  lots of beer in the fridge.  I must admit there was a moment today when i thought that ooo i will have a beer.. then remembered that i wasnt drinking for 30 days..  but it didnt feel like a sacrifice or anything like that.

Again, I think the temptation is going to come on the weekend… I just need to be prepared    

I havent really noticed any changes…  i dont have any desire to have a drink… although red wine was mentioned… but im not a red wine drinker anyway.. i really see the main hurdle is going to be friday!!!   but I will keep blogging … who knows things might change!!!!

OK..  surely it cant be withdrawal!!!   but today i deleted every man that ive met in the last couple of months out of my phone and out of my msn…  this could be a pms type thing…  but hmm yeah i dont know…  i also decided today to go swear free for 30 days.. (yeah that didnt even last a couple of minutes) take away free (ok.. so now im still aloud to have chinese sunday.. but no HJs) Men free, (ok..  men that ive met previously) and I also have decided to become quiet, shy, reserved and turn into a recluse… 

Pretty sure this isnt withdrawal..  more like… PMS!!  DAMIT!!!

Day 1 of alcohol free for 30 days started off with a hangover.. although not a severe one…  woke up late…  talked on the internet then decided to go to collie with my brother to see ONE NIGHT STAND..  (ie Faker, Pnau, Cog)  It was an alcohol free event…  PERFECT!!!

Decided that this 30 days thing might be harder than I first imagined..  as when I saw the first pub … i thought.. hmmm a beer would be nice right about now!!!   anyway i didnt have one…  went to this alcohol free event…  was good.. and felt good that I could drive home “safely” but yeah…  i think alcohol would have made the concert a tad better
